I'd like to think that this is the kind of wine that if you have to ask about you won't like it and shouldn't buy it, it is really different.
This particular Rosato is unusual for Rose because it is made with white grapes and red grapes co-fermented together for 45 days on the skins. That means some real tannin mixed in with the Cidery, somewhat cloudy, tangy unusualness. If you are prepared for the "is that wine?" experience go ahead and buy this, it's really unique and quite tasty, but definitely a hearty food wine to be treated more like a red than a Rose.
