Jurançon Sec is a 95% Gros Manseng and small amounts of Petit Manseng and Petit Courbu. All grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel at low temperature to preserve the fruit flavors of the grapes. The wine rests on the less with frequent stirring until bottling the spring after the vintage. Enjoy this wine with a wide range of foods from rich birds like turkey to ocean and freshwater fish such as perch.
