The nose is very pleasant showing aromas of dried apple and peach, vanilla pod, cinnamon candy, brown sugar and clove. On the palate, apple and peach are present with almond toffee bar, vanilla candy, and a surging dose of oak spice to provide balance with drying spice. The finish is robust and dominated by spice, showing black peppercorn and oak.
