A personal favorite. The wine comes from Alto Piemonte, an hour from Milan and up against the Swiss border. A blend of Nebbiolo and Vespolina, it’s a more complex style of rosé wine, with headier aromatics. Yet it still shows aromatic purity and has exceptional lift and balance. These wines are super for ham, or just as an aperitif. Even when we’re out of the summer season, you can drink pink all year!
