Cune is one of Spain's most respected wineries. Founded in the late 1800's Cune has consistently made good quality wines for the money. The Cune line is the value line from them (as they do Vina Real and Imperial at higher price points). The Reserva has exactly what you would expect. Good fruit, with a touch of spice and tobacco. Good balance and a great price.
Reserva is the classical blend of Tempranillo with 15% Garnacha, Graciano and Mazuelo. It's approachable and easy to drink without being commonplace, the entry-level wine of the Reserva range if you like. It has a mixture of red and black fruit and good ripeness without excess.
