Cantina Andriano Pinot Bianco is from Italy’s Alto Adige in the far northeast. This region is known for making some of Italy’s most stunning white wines, and Pinot Bianco from this area offers more than what you may be used to if you’ve only dabbled in its more popular cousin, Pinot Grigio.
While there is certainly citrus notes, this brings deeper flavors of honeydew, apple, pear and almond into the mix. Along with a more voluptuous body that is balanced out by noticeable acidity on the finish. Consider this your transition white wine.
