All wines are fermented with indigenous yeasts, un-refrigerated and lightly filtered with natural products, suitable for vegans. Hand harvested grapes are from vines in white, calcareous soil. Vinified in concrete tanks, then Méthode Ancestrale, [or Pétillant Naturel] is employed, bottling is before the end of fermentation, with the wine finished in the bottle.
Ruby red in colour with aromas of cranberry, cinnamon, wildflowers, sweet summer hay and Rose Royce funk. Red currant, raspberry, cranberry and curry leaf are wrapped in light, airy bubbles, finishing fruity and crisp. Super fruity, super gluggable, a fantastic summery sip.
