Vinified from the local Tanat grape variety with some Cabernet Franc and Merlot, harvested fully ripe in October. The secret of modern Rosé vinification is to capture all the delicate aromatics and flavors of red grape varieties but then to cool vinify the pale-colored juice with all the expertise of white wine vinifcation.
Aromas of crushed red berries and appealing soft fruity flavors. Dry with plenty of fruit and with some crunchy acidity on the finish. This is an easy drinking fresh Rosé with real character.
A great all rounder, perfect with antipasti, salads, grilled fish and chicken.
